Somni-Sync. Is a new technology that the prophet Matthew James is developing. It’s based off the Hemi-Sync technology and self-hypnosis practices, but, it is designed to enhance sleep talking. The key to the Somni-Sync hypnosis, is to not come back into full consciousness right away. It is to help get into a hypnotic sleep state. That way you’ll have some kind of awareness while sleeping. The purpose of this kind of awareness, is to have control of your speech, and speak out loud what you see in this dream world. That way you can document an accurate account of your dreams. Then when you wake up, you can write your dreams down, and listen to the recording of your sleep-speech; which will allow you to see how accurate your dream recall really is.
