Apparently, the church doesn't provide much history during that time. It's been said that he was involved with sacrificing dogs and cats for the lure of finding hidden treasure from ancient inhabitants. Is this true? And if so, how does that affect your attitude towards him? Then, I read something on his early accounts of his visions. One that I remember is the fact that he was visited by a bloody ghost. Also, it was said that the two visions were very similar in the beginning. They both talked about finding the true church and be told that none of them were true.
