It’s midnight, the clouds are bright in the sky, and Willard and Roylard are digging. For what? I’m not sure, but it appears to be for divining purposes.
“Hey wht…” Roylard shouted.
“No!” Willard commanded, “We mustn’t shout, or even talk right now.”
At that moment they both heard an angelic voice. It was at a distance, but somehow close.
“Teya Beslecoff te balyutt tose in bluff. I tremp fall in button. Surinice.”
The brothers were a little frightened by this voice, but they continued on with their digging.
“It’s kind of disgusting,” said Willard, and he jumped in six feet under and started digging with his hands.
“Get out of there, what the fuck is you doing?” exclaimed Roylard.
“Defiled now! There’s nothing I can do. I don’t know what the hell that is.”
The angelic voice came again, “This, a hybrid moots. It’s nothing.”
Willard looked up at Roylard’s terrified face. He saw something different in his brother, but he couldn’t quite pinpoint it.
Soon he realized, and said, “I love the white ghost, but that’s at the end though,” he paused for a moment, “It’s your birthday.”
They both rejoiced for a moment and exclaimed in unison, “I don’t want your life, remember that?”
Roylard helped Willard out and they finished their doings.
But, as for the angelic voice…
I love how you said “I don’t want your life.”
Who would have thought I’d channel James Van Der Beek?
Was that something he said?
Yeah, he said it in that Varsity Blues movie, remember?
No. How can I remember a movie I never saw? But apparently you saw it and I’m very disappointed in you!
No, I just remember the trailer for it. It was in a time in my life when I was watching a lot of TV. Think about that.
